THE FOCUS IS ON YOU - YOU ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER
You bring the questions. I bring the insight. We find the answers, together. This is an collaborative partnership -- not a one size fits all program.
1 Start with a free connection call
We chat for 15 minutes. I'll leave with a sense of what you want, and you'll leave with a taste of what us working together looks like.2 Book a 1-hour intake session
We dig into the nitty gritty. You tell me about what you are going through. I ask questions. We build a plan to get you where you want to be.3 follow-up at your pace
45-minute sessions - frequency is up to you. You have your plan, you can run with it, or we can walk through it together.4 Rooted in real frameworks
Contextual Behavior Science. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Relational Frame Theory. Trauma-informed care. Science is always in the room; it just doesn't always announce itself.

I don't take insurance. My standard rate reflects my experience, training, and the depth of this work, but I believe financial situation should never be the thing that keeps someone out of a space they need. That's why I offer sliding scale and budget-based pricing. My full rate starts at $125 / hour. If that isn't where you're at right now, we can work with what you're working with, starting at $50 / hour. The work is the same either way.

This is not a one size fits all approach. We collaborate, and acheive more togther.
